An 18-story complex comprising two towers is situated on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. Yas Island is a man-made oasis in the UAE capital, home to iconic entertainment and leisure centers of the emirate. Residents of the island can indulge in famous themed parks: immerse themselves in the world of cinema at Warner Bros World, get an adrenaline rush at Yas Waterworld, and experience automotive excellence at Ferrari World.
The project features studios and apartments with 1-4 bedrooms.
Each tower boasts separate swimming pools for children and adults, fitness centers, and vibrant, safe playgrounds for children. Here, residents stroll through shaded walkways, chat in lounges, host barbecues at designated areas, and walk their pets in dedicated pet-friendly zones.
